2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit, technically necessary server log data (IP address, date, time, page requested, browser type) is processed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (operation and security of the website).

3. No cookies, no tracking

We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising services. Fonts are stored on our own server; no connection to Google Fonts is made. We do not embed third-party photos or videos.

4. Contact

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed and no retention duties apply.

5. Donations

For donation receipts we process name, address and donation amount because we are legally obliged to do so (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). We retain this data for the periods required by tax law.

6. Links to social networks

Our links to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn are plain links. Data is only sent to the respective provider once you click a link; from then on its own privacy policy applies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may lodge a complaint with the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
