Our statutory purposes
- Promotion of art and culture, in particular music and musical culture
- Promotion of popular music education
- Promotion of international outlook, tolerance in all areas of culture and the idea of international understanding through and with music
- Promotion of aid for people persecuted for political, racial or religious reasons, and for refugees and displaced persons, through and in musical projects
- Promotion of environmental protection through musical and cultural activities, in particular in Lippe and North Rhine-Westphalia, in Germany and internationally
Use of funds
The company’s funds may only be used for its statutory purposes. Shareholders receive no profit shares and no other payments from the company’s funds. No person may be favoured by expenditure foreign to the company’s purpose or by disproportionately high remuneration. On dissolution, the assets pass to an exclusively non-profit or charitable body.
